Bruce
Dentist & Practice OwnerBorn and raised in Redding, Dr. Farrell has been caring for North State smiles since 1996. A graduate of Cal Poly and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, he combines advanced training with a personal, hometown approach to patient care.
Outside the office, he enjoys fly-fishing, backpacking, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
Shelley
A fellow Enterprise High School graduate, Shelley brings extensive business experience and deep North State roots to the practice. After earning her degree in Business Administration from Fresno State, she spent 15 years in corporate sales and marketing.
Outside the office, Shelley enjoys gardening, staying active, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Farrell, and their family..

Jodi
Office ManagerA familiar face at Dr. Farrell's practice since 2006, Jodi brings decades of dental experience, a deep connection to her hometown, and a genuine dedication to the people she serves. Having worn many hats over the years, she's become a trusted part of the practice's daily operations. From helping patients feel welcome to navigating the unexpected behind the scenes, Jodi takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and supporting the exceptional care Dr. Farrell and the team provide.
A North State native, Jodi is grateful to work in the community she calls home. Outside the office, her greatest joys include spending time with family, especially her grandson, enjoying her dogs, and embracing a healthy, active life outdoors.
Lily
Lily brings a positive attitude and a passion for teamwork to Dr. Farrell's practice.
She enjoys being part of a collaborative dental team and helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and satisfied with their care.
When she's not in the office, Lily enjoys playing tennis, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with her new family and Labrador Retrievers.

Bonnie
Registered Dental AssistantWith decades of experience in dentistry, Bonnie brings extensive knowledge and a passion for helping patients achieve healthier smiles.
A Registered Dental Assistant since 1997, she has additional experience in oral sleep medicine and enjoys working alongside Dr. Farrell to provide comprehensive, personalized care.
Outside the office, Bonnie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, exploring creative interests in music, art, and baking, and reflecting on her travels to more than 30 countries..
Carrie
Registered Dental HygienistWith more than three decades of experience in dentistry, Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her patients.
Beginning her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1992, she later earned her degree in dental hygiene and has spent much of her career serving patients throughout the North State.
Outside the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, Gaylen, and spending time with their family.
Chrissy
Registered Dental HygienistI am Chrissy I am a dental hygienist at dr. Farrell I work at both the cottonwood and palo cedro location, I am passionate about providing gentle, thorough, and personalized care to every patient.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time camping with my family and making lasting memories.
Jerrah
Registered Dental AssistantMy dental career began in the Bay Area in 2002, when I started working as a receptionist before becoming a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Although I'm a recent addition to Dr. Farrell's office, I bring many years of experience and a genuine love for what I do.
Outside the office, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of the outdoors. Some of my favorite activities include gardening, camping, snowboarding, and paddleboarding.
I'm grateful to be part of such a wonderful team and to work alongside Dr. Farrell, helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Rachael
Registered Dental HygienistRachael has been part of the dental field since 2009 and a dedicated hygienist since 2011. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and takes pride in creating a calm, gentle experience, especially for those who may feel nervous about dental visits.
She believes great care starts with listening and education, helping patients understand their oral health in a way that feels approachable and empowering. Outside the office, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, being outdoors, staying active, and pursuing her lifelong interest in health, nutrition, and wellness.
Tori
Registered Dental HygienistTori's passion for dentistry began in 2010 when she started her career as a dental assistant. After earning her RDA in 2013, she continued her education and became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2020.
A member of Dr. Farrell's team since 2016, Tori enjoys the supportive, family-like atmosphere of the practice and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, exploring the outdoors, and embracing new hobbies.
